On August 27th (weather permitting!!) we are having an All the Ladies Say garden party/showcase of female talent as part of the New York Restoration Project at the Rhodebeck Garden on Faile St just off of Bruckner Boulevard in the Hunts Point area of the Bronx. Lady K Fever will be working it with her graffiti sisters!

Showcase is made up of Poetry by Denice Garcia, Songs by Brooklyn’s Yejide the Night Queen, a latin percussion set by I-Shea and Julissa Soto aka “PuertoMinicana” and Beatbox by Bronx Native Jennifer “Beasty” Acosta along with others!! Party begins at 5pm and runs til 9pm.. Party music by Behind The Groove’s DJ KS360 who mixed the music for part 1 of ATLS!

Melissa and Rokafella have been working on capturing some footage of B girls who are local to the NYC area. But soon, as we continue to receive funding from the GoFundMe Campaign, we will travel to Chicago. If you haven’t already done so, please make your donation.

The film is being screening in Jakarta this month and plans are in the making to host a screening in Huntington Long Island– more details to follow!!

Rokafella began shooting her “Rockin With You” show on Facebook and has already had Bgirl Mantis who won the Freestyle Session 1 on 1 Bgirl qualifier in Florida and others on the show so check out the Repisodes on the Facebook link below– cuz we are repping!

“All The Ladies Say” is a film that highlights the lives of six iconic female street dancers from San Jose, Atlanta, Miami and Chicago, who have carved a niche in the physically challenging, male dominated breakdance world. Discussions about motherhood, sexual tension, femininity versus masculinity and the rap industry/mainstream images are a few of the themes explored by the documentary’s main characters. International dancers not only make appearances but also add their two cents about life as a B Girl in the Hip-hop world.
